• Reservations can be made through the website, by phone or by mail. After receiving the reservation confirmation and transferring the deposit, the reservation is final. The deposit is 30% of the cost of your stay. Eight weeks before your arrival, the entire rental amount must be paid.
• Bringing pets to B&B Fonte Fresca is not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed in our accommodations. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and in the garden, if it does not disturb the other guests.
• The amounts include breakfast, made beds and towels (changed 2 times a week), tourist tax, final cleaning and reservation fee.
• A 3 course dinner is possible by arrangement, for example on the day of arrival. Costs are 30 euros per person. Please consult at least 1 day in advance.
• When a 2 person room is used by 1 person a discount of 10 euros applies.
• The main season covers months of June, July and August. In these months a booking period of at least 7 nights applies. For the other months a period of 3 nights applies. (In consultation and subject to availability, this may be deviated from).
• On the day of arrival you are welcome from 4 p.m. and on the day of departure we ask you to leave the room by 10 a.m. You do not have to leave immediately at 10:00, but then we can get started with the rooms.
• Immediately upon arrival, all guests are required to be registered before the Italian police and tourism office. You will be asked for a copy of your passport or ID.
• Breakfast is served on the terrace or in the dining room between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Time by arrangement.
• The deposit is payable to Holthuis-Beerda on account number NL 23 RABO 0304227919 stating name, address and date of your stay.
• In case of cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, minus a 15 euro administration fee.
  If cancelled less than 8 weeks before the scheduled stay, the entire amount will be charged.
  Please consider cancellation/travel insurance.
• Upon entering into a contract for lodging, these Terms and Conditions become effective.
• We accept no liability for damage, theft and/or loss of personal property and we cannot be held liable for personal injury or harm resulting from your stay on the accommodation grounds (including swimming pool) of B&B Fonte Fresca.
• As the renter, you are fully liable during your stay for the rented property, its furnishings and all items belonging to the rented property. Damage caused by you and/or your fellow travelers must be fully compensated to us.
• We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible should you have a complaint or comment please let us know as soon as possible.
• B&B Fonte Fresca treats confidentially all data provided to it and assures you that they will not be given to third parties, without the consent of the person to whom the data belongs.
